Two Friends, One Inspired Dream

Nearly six years ago, I started as an esthetician at the massage clinic in Bridgenorth where Sue was working. Our connection was instant. We had both attended Fleming College as mature students, and were working moms with teenagers. We had similar views on health and wellness, continuing education, client care, and shared interests outside of work.

Over the years we have grown into close friends, often dreaming together of the kind of health and wellness facility we would love to create. A place that exudes calmness, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere – where clients can fully relax and enjoy a variety of treatments with a personal touch. A place that offers a full range of therapeutic and spa services, from Registered Massage Therapy, Bowen and Shock Wave Therapy to Pedicures, Reflexology, Microdermabrasion, Facial AcuZone Reflexology (FAZR), and more. A space that inspires health and wellness on multiple levels.

Well, the time for that dream to become reality is here.

With the help and support of our family, friends and clients, we have recently moved to a new location, 1467 Chemong Rd., at Chemong RV, under the new name Inspired Health and Wellness. We are excited to be taking this step towards our vision, and we welcome clients, new and old, to check out our new place. (Please note: enter the gates at Chemong RV and you can park right in front of our little yellow building.)

So many exciting things are happening! Aside from setting up the physical space, we have plans to expand our essential oils and offer yoga classes, beginning this summer. We are developing signage, and a new website is under construction:

www.inspiredhealthandwellness.ca.  Social media will follow.

Our contact information remains the same:
