Refreshingly simple, this lovely syrup goes with everything from pancakes and ice cream to cocktails and cheesecake!
• 2 cups blueberries
• ½ cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute.
Remove pan from heat and cool. Puree until smooth using an immersion blender.
